Not alot of training going on around here! Cornish weather is the pits. Still it was booked so we went for a PGL weekend. A PGL weekend is a bit like being on a school trip, you sleep in bunk beds, it's basic, you eat in a refectory and your weekend is structured. So we did loads of new things including, dry ski slope skiing, trapeze, zip wire, kayaks, raft building, abseiling. It was brilliant. And you do it with your kids, so theres no wimping out! That means I was 30ft up a telegraph pole leaping for a trapeze on Sunday morning. It's a first for me.
Need (as Phil would say) 'get my mojo back together'.
